Our team
Steddion is led by Dennis Gieselaar, Frank Heijckmann and Gideon Overwater. Together, they bring decades of experience in entrepreneurship, sustainable energy and large-scale real estate. Dennis Gieselaar founded Oskomera Solar Power Solutions and helped shape the growth of companies such as Natec, 4blue and Luminaid. Frank Heijckmann and Gideon Overwater were both at the foundation of KiesZon (now Greenchoice Integrated) and PVO International—organisations that have grown into leading players in the market. Alongside a team of highly experienced specialists, they combine deep market insight with a proven ability to realise complex solutions at scale. For our clients, this means working with a team that sees the full picture—technical, strategic and financial. A team that understands what it takes to move forward, and stays with you to make it happen.
